  • Where can I buy MiaCara products?

    MiaCara products are sold exclusively through our premium trade partners (see Dealer Directory) or in our webshop.

     

  • How do I find the right size for my dog?

    For this purpose we have created an overview of the most common breeds and the respective sizes of our various products as a guideline. You can find this on each product page under “Size Overview”.

  • What should I consider in the care of MiaCara products?

    Product specific care instructions can be found on each product page under “Materials&Care”.

  • Is there a minimum order value?

    No, but for orders of € 99.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

  • Can I also pay with a credit card?

     

    Not directly, but indirectly through PayPal if you have added a credit card to your PayPal profile or as a PayPal guest even without registration. For all payment options that we offer, please see the section Payment & Shipping.

  • Can I also buy the dog bed insert separately?

    Yes, that’s possible. Please contact the MiaCara sales team directly at info@miacara.com.

  • Whom do I contact in case of a complaint?

    Please send an e-mail stating your order or invoice number and a description of the problem together with the item no. of the product to the MiaCara service team at info@miacara.com. We will get in touch with you immediately.

  • What is the best way to return the goods?

    If you should once not be satisfied with our products, or even should have a reason for complaint, we offer an uncomplicated return procedure to you via the MiaCara return-portal. Regarding a return please contact the MiaCara service team at info@miacara.com. You can also find detailed recommendations for the return in our Terms & Conditions under paragraph 4 „Non-binding return recommendations“.
